How are the art frames shipped?
The art frames are shipped in protective packaging to ensure they arrive without any damage. The print and the nails are delivered separately.
How long does shipping take?
Our goal is to deliver all in-stock orders to your home within 2 weeks. After placing an order, we will contact you regarding the delivery. Please note that for all our shipments, someone needs to be present to receive the order at the door. In case of absence, the product will be taken back, and any new shipment will incur additional charges.
How do I assemble the frame?
Upon purchase, you will receive an email containing an assembly video. This video provides step-by-step instructions on how to hang the frame and insert the print.
Can I order an additional print?
Imagine the joy of switching up your artwork occasionally. With our option to order an extra print or reorder, you can derive even more enjoyment from your purchase.
I have a custom-made request that I'd like to have in the art frame. Is this possible?

How do I maintain the artwork?
The frame can be wiped clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. The print is made of paper, so it should be protected from moisture and dirt. If your print needs replacement after a while, you can order a new print separately in our store.
How can I return my order?
Returns are only accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. This falls within the cooling-off period. Please fill out the withdrawal form for this purpose (to be requested via the contact page). The product must be undamaged and returned in its original packaging. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and amount to €100. Upon receipt, the product will be assessed, and if approved, you will receive a refund for the product.
